Aims: Crossroads Caring for Carers is committed to providing practical support for carers. Crossroads core service is provided where it is most needed, in the home. Trained carer support workers go into carers' homes to take over the caring tasks, giving the carer an essential break: time to be themselves. It works through a network of about 170 schemes and projects and is able to provide over 4.5 million Carer Support hours per year.
