Aims: CPA can support you to complain about Social Services. This can be to get your views across, for an explanation or apology, to improve practices and procedures or even for limited compensation. We provide an information service, telephone helpline and self help packs. Trained advocates can listen to you and help you clarify issues of complaint and desired resolutions, write letters and attend meetings, and ensure you remain in control of your complaint.
