Aims: The Avon Gorge & Downs are one of Bristol's best loved greenspaces. As well as being a great place for picnics, flying kites and ice-creams, it's also a fab place for wildlife. We're home to super speedy peregrine falcons (the fastest animals in the world), rare bats, butterflies and the famous Bristol onion! Throughout the year we run family wildlife walks and children's holiday events. We also have nature trail leaflets so you can get out and about wildlife spotting for yourself.
