Aims: We ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities and the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively and equally. All our services are confidential, are completely impartial, free and open to every one. We can provide help with issues such as: debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment, and immigration. Advisers can also help fill out forms, write letters, negotiate with creditors and represent clients at court or tribunal.
