Aims: Our service provides advice and support for young people leaving care, adolescents at risk, and homeless young people. We prepare young people who are leaving care to move towards independence. This includes giving them advice and support regarding practical, emotional and financial issues that may concern them. We also support and give advice to adolescents and prevent family breakdown. Where things have broken down in the home, we work with adolesents and their families to releive the situation.Our other role is to prevent homelessness and support young people aged 16- 17 who are homeless.
