Aims: Pathways, a supported housing project, are run by Bath Self Help Housing Association. We have thirteen units of accommodation for homeless young people (aged 16-19) and provide residents with the necessary skills to obtain (and sustain) independent accommodation. Our outreach support service helps homeless young people to get the best possible chance to move from emergency to more permanent and suitable accommodation by providing advice and guidance. Our floating support service helps young people who are tenants of a Registered Social Landlord to maintain their tenancy by helping them to address issues that can lead to tenancy breakdown. In addition to Wells Road, Pathways also manage 7 units of self contained move-on accommodation for young people aged 16-25. These units have a maximum stay of 2 years.
