Aims: We are a Social Services child care service. We aim to provide practical and emotional support and advice to young people aged 16-24 leaving care, including disabled young people, in order to enable them to settle into the community. We help with accomodation, education, employment and training, benefits, finance and personal relationships issues as well as helping to develop self-care skills.
