Aims: We are a college for people who are 16 years and over (access courses for 14 to 16 yrs are often available in colleges). Qualifications in colleges include As and A2 Levels, General and Vocational Qualifications (such as GNVQ's and NVQ's), BTEC and Higher National Diplomas and some Degrees. Apprenticeships and Learn Direct courses are often available. While colleges generally provide the same level and variety of educational opportunities the council recommends that you contact each one for further details.
