Aims: Primary PRU/BST provides in-centre education for excluded primary-aged pupils and an in-school support service for pupils, parents and schools where children are at risk of exclusion. Telephone advice is available on matters pertaining to children's behaviour and related SEN and Exclusion procedures. Training on aspects of behaviour management is available to schools and clusters on a 'pay as you go' basis. Please telephone David Stott to discuss your requirements.

Excluded pupils are referred by LEA officers following exclusion.
Referral by: Referrals for in-school support are accepted from schools with the support of Educational Psychologists. Referrals from any other source will be investigated further with the school and Educational Psychologist.

Waiting list: Yes
All referrals are considered in the light of degree of severity and of available resources. Whilst there is normally no 'waiting list' as such, casework is allocated on a six-weekly rolling programme and therefore support might not be available immediately.
