Aims: We are a special school for 4-16 years who have complex needs (various physical impairments etc). We have two schools - Lower School (4-12 years) and Upper School (13-16 years). We teach a modified National Curriculum. We focus on literacy, numeracy, personal and social education, Students can take: Youth Award Scheme, NVQ's, Welsh Board Certificate in Education, City & Guilds and some GCSEs. We have a physiotherapy department and speech therapist. The council provides free transport to and from school (where appropriate) and free school meals if students meet the council requirements. Facilities include specialist resources which can be booked by the public, such as a large hydrotherapy/swimming pool, ball pit and community room.

Referral by: LEA/ Schools. Initially there are self referral procedures to NSPCC counsellors and learning mentors. Also, young people can be referred to medical services such asphysiotherapy, speach therapy and occupational health.
