Aims: We provide a Family Support Service across South Gloucestershire that focuses on our most vulnerable children, including children with disabilities, under 11 years old in order to maximise life chances and counteract disadvantage and social exclusion. The service is flexible and needs led and interventions are offered individually, jointly or through groupwork.
