Aims: ACT (The Association for Children Palliative Care) is a national charity seeking to promote excellence and equity of provision of care and support for all children and young people with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions and their families. It campaigns for improving provision of children’s palliative care services, supports professionals and informs and empowers families. We have an information database of any support services that may be available for families and professionals working with them.
