More About The Organisation
Indigo Project works with young people who self-harm aged 13+. Our programme of targeted support includes consultation; counselling and e-counselling; a weekly support and activity group and mentoring for new group members. In association with local schools we offer a programme to 13-16 year olds, during which the young people learn to deal effectively with their self-harm, gaining the self-confidence, resilience and life skills needed for a full life. Our service users have access to daily email and text support as needed. In addition, we offer consultation and customised training to Parents/Carers/ Professionals and Schools.
