About Us

If you are in Care or Looked After your good health is very important . We at CLAN can help you find out about services that you are entiltled to ; we can help explain about illnesses and about ways to stay healthy & happy . You can talk to us & we won't need to tell anyone else unless we think you or someone else may be in danger . We can also come & see you for your Annual Health Check.We have both a male & female nurse .
