About Us

Awards grants to charitable organisations in the United Kingdom and overseas and welcomes applications for projects within the following areas for the next three years. These categories are then repeated in a three-year rotation.
• 2012 - Community. Priority will be given to projects working with Homeless; Addiction; Asylum and Refugees; Sexual and Domestic Abuse; Prisoners and ex-Offenders.
Medical - Please note: the only applications for Medical Research projects to be considered will be relating to Cancer. Non-research projects can be for any medical condition. Deadline for applications: 1st June 2012 and 1st November 2012.

DISABILITY IS NO LONGER A SPECIFIC CATEGORY - charities working with disabilities can apply under Community or Medical.

•2013 - Children and Youth. Deadline for applications: 1st June 2013 and 1st November 2013.

•2014 - Music and the Arts. Elderly. Deadline for applications: 1st June 2014 and 1st November 2014.

NO OVERSEAS

To apply for a grant, please submit ONLY the following:
•A letter summarising the application, including acknowledgement of any previous grants awarded from the Trust;
•A maximum of 2 sides of A4 (including photographs) summarising the project (including photographs);
•A detailed budget for the project.
•A maximum of 2 sides of A4 (including photographs) summarising the charity's general activities;
•The most recent Accounts and Annual Report.

The Trust asks applicants to not send CDs, DVDs, or any other additional information. If they require further details, they will contact the charity directly. Charities are therefore advised to send in applications with sufficient time before the deadlines to allow for such enquiries to take place.
