How do people access your service?
Walk-in sessions can be extremely busy so you may have to wait some time before being seen. If the waiting time is unacceptable and you do not need to see someone urgently then we may suggest you come back later in the day, or the following day.
If referral then by whom? For example, Social Worker, School, Doctor, Self-referral?
Referral can be made by an adult working with the young person or a self referral.
Do you have a waiting list?
There is often a waiting list for implants and IUD/Ss and for the counsellor work but NOT for standard contraception consultations.
All advice and contraception services are provided free to young people aged 24 and under
