About Us

We provide a confidential listening service 24 hours every day for those in emotional distress or going through a life crisis. Our regional offices offer support in any way we can. We run a help line and most of our offices have volunteers on hand who can see people face-to-face in total confidence. We also offer an email emotional support service.
