About Us

We provide mediation to divorcing or separating couples, to support them reaching practical agreements about their children, property and financial agreements.
Mediation seeks to be fair and reasonable to reduce bitterness, and to provide an enduring agreement, which is determined jointly by the couple (not imposed by the court). It can benefit children who may by affected by their parents separation or divorce.
Mediation can cost much less than using a solicitor and/or the court. Mediation is also a voluntary process, and is not counselling or marriage guidance.

First/Initial interview is free to all. If the couple are eligible for legal aid, then the service is free (assessed as individuals). If not then a sessional fee is payable (which is still value for money compared to the costs of using solicitors of the court).
