Network Health & social care
Offering individualised support …..
Children ,Teenagers and young people with Learning disabilities, Mental Health needs, Brain injuries, sensory impairments, autism and Asperger’s, Children ,Teenager and young People who present challenging behaviour, physical disabilities and those labelled as having complex needs.
We Care ….
Network Health & social care provides quality support .We have our office in Chipping Sodbury which is run by a very welcoming staff. We will come out and visit if it is difficult for you to access the office.
Network Health &Social Care Established in 1995, we have many years of experience. Each of our offices is care Quality Commission (CQC) registered and is approved by the local council as a domiciliary care provider.

Overseeing the assessments person centred care plans, of all we support ensuring you are involved in every part of the process listening to your particular needs and choice. We are happy to accommodate, if you wish to have family or carers involved in the assessment process to ensure that all involved are happy with every element of the support we will be providing for you.
